Service options

Choose the form of care that fits your family.

01

Direct cremation

A simple arrangement without a public ceremony at the funeral home, with the option to hold a family-led gathering at another time.

02

Private farewell

A smaller, scheduled opportunity for close family to say goodbye before cremation, when circumstances and timing allow.

03

Funeral before cremation

A traditional or personalized visitation and funeral followed by cremation instead of cemetery burial.

04

Memorial after cremation

A chapel, faith-community, graveside, or off-site memorial with the urn present or with photographs and keepsakes.

Understanding the service

What this arrangement can include.

Cremation describes the method of final disposition; it does not determine whether a family can gather, view, hold a funeral, or create a permanent memorial. A service may take place before cremation, after cremation with an urn present, or at a later date that allows more people to attend.

We explain the identification and authorization process, coordinate the crematory and required permits, and review options for an urn and final placement. The family receives a clear plan for when and how cremated remains will be returned or transferred for burial, placement, or another authorized disposition.

What to expect

A clear process, one step at a time.

01

Choices & authorization

We review the service plan, confirm the authorized decision-maker, and complete required identification and cremation documents.

02

Care & cremation

Our team coordinates preparation, permits, transportation, and the crematory while maintaining documented identification procedures.

03

Return & memorialization

Cremated remains are placed in the selected container and returned or transferred according to the authorized instructions.

Ask a specific question

Yes. A visitation and funeral can take place before cremation, or a memorial can be held afterward with the urn, photographs, and other meaningful items present.
