Horizon Funeral Home respects the privacy of families and visitors. Information submitted through this website is used to respond to requests, provide services, communicate with families, and maintain appropriate business records.

Online form delivery

When you submit a form, the information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Horizon's website host and email-delivery provider, then delivered to the funeral home's designated mailbox. These service providers process the information on Horizon's behalf. Draft information entered in longer worksheets may be stored in your browser while you work and is cleared from that browser after successful submission or when you choose “Clear saved draft.”

Analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution

Google Tag Manager loads with Google Consent Mode enabled. Before you allow analytics, or after you choose “Necessary only,” Google receives limited, cookieless measurement signals with analytics and advertising storage denied. Selecting “Allow analytics” enables Google analytics cookies, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. CallRail loads on every visit to display dynamic telephone numbers and attribute calls, independently of the optional analytics choice. Advertising personalization and the sharing of family contact details for enhanced conversions remain disabled. Horizon may also measure actions such as telephone-link clicks, directions clicks, and successfully delivered forms. Website form contents, including names, contact details, and information about a deceased person, are excluded from analytics and advertising tracking. Vercel measurements exclude URL query parameters and fragments. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your selection at any time. Standard campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters and advertising click IDs may be attached to the form email so Horizon can determine which campaign generated the request.

Sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment-card information, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form. Contact the funeral home directly for separate, verified instructions.

Retention and access

Form submissions are accessible to authorized Horizon personnel and may remain in the funeral home's email and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and protect the interests of families and the funeral home.

Language translation

When a visitor selects Russian, Armenian, or Georgian, GTranslate and Google translation services automatically translate visible website content. Those third-party providers may process technical information such as the page address and the visitor's IP address under their own privacy policies.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery. Google Tag Manager manages Google measurement under the choices described above. CallRail provides call attribution and dynamic telephone numbers on every visit. When optional analytics is enabled, Vercel records website usage and performance measurements. Horizon’s website forms are excluded from CallRail’s automatic form capture. Those providers process technical data and form information as needed to operate the website and deliver submissions.
