Horizon Funeral Home respects the privacy of families and visitors. Information submitted through this website is used to respond to requests, provide services, communicate with families, and maintain appropriate business records.

Online form delivery

When you submit a form, the information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Horizon's website host and email-delivery provider, then delivered to the funeral home's designated mailbox. These service providers process the information on Horizon's behalf. Draft information entered in longer worksheets may be stored in your browser while you work and is cleared from that browser after successful submission or when you choose “Clear saved draft.”

Analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution

If analytics is configured, optional analytics and advertising-measurement tags load only after you select “Allow analytics.” Horizon may then measure page visits and actions such as telephone-link clicks, directions clicks, and successfully delivered forms. Form contents, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and details about a deceased person are not sent to advertising platforms. Standard campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters and advertising click IDs may be attached to the form email so Horizon can determine which campaign generated the request.

Sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment-card information, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form. Contact the funeral home directly for separate, verified instructions.

Retention and access

Form submissions are accessible to authorized Horizon personnel and may remain in the funeral home's email and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and protect the interests of families and the funeral home.

Language translation

When a visitor selects Russian, Armenian, or Georgian, GTranslate and Google translation services automatically translate visible website content. Those third-party providers may process technical information such as the page address and the visitor's IP address under their own privacy policies.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery. When optional analytics is enabled by the visitor, Google Tag Manager may load measurement tools selected by Horizon. Those providers process technical data and form information as needed to operate the website and deliver submissions.
